Quote Requests & Orders

Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding orders. All quotes are subject to product availability and pricing confirmation by our sales team. Orders are only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Landsource Supply.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Contractor pricing is available only to approved contractor accounts.

Account Terms

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Promptly updating your information if it changes

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on account type. Retail customers pay at time of order. Approved contractor accounts may qualify for net payment terms. All accounts are subject to credit approval. Late payments may result in service fees and/or suspension of credit privileges.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

Plants should be inspected upon delivery. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are subject to our return policy and may incur restocking fees.

Plant Health Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our plants at the time of delivery. Our guarantee covers plant health at delivery but does not cover issues arising from improper care, installation, or environmental conditions after delivery.
